For over a decade, Serena has been at the heart of the global Innerdance journey. Her work bridges ancient energetic wisdom with modern healing, helping thousands around the world reconnect to their essence through sound, energy, and presence.

As a certified Reiki master, wellness educator, and transformation coach, Serena brings a unique depth to this training. She’s shared the Innerdance process with communities across the globe and co-developed the foundations of Energy School. Her soundscapes are used in sessions worldwide—guiding inner explorers into altered states of healing and insight.

What is innerdance?

  • BRAINWAVE ACTIVATION Innerdance guides the body into altered states of consciousness—similar to REM sleep—by activating brainwave patterns through sound. You stay conscious, yet dreamlike.

  • MULTI-SENSORY HEALING Through sound, scent, energy work, and intuitive touch, the body enters a state of deep trust, allowing healing and emotional release to unfold naturally.

  • NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION The process helps regulate the nervous system, balance the circadian rhythm, and create a grounded experience of safety, presence, and openness.

  • MOVEMENT WITHOUT THINKING Spontaneous movement arises without choreography or force. The body begins to move from inner impulses, clearing stuck energy and reconnecting you to flow.

  • COLLECTIVE RESONANCE In groups, Innerdance becomes a shared field. The music and frequency guide the group into unity—where healing happens individually and collectively.

    Our 4-week online training begins on: 1st of May 2025

    In-Person Retreat: 

    Dates : June 3–10, 2025

    Start Time: The retreat begins on June 3 at 11:00 AM. Please plan to arrive early to settle in.

    If you’d like to arrive a day earlier, check-in is available on June 2 for an additional fee. Please contact us for more details.

  • Innerdance Trust Cancellation Policy

    We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we strive to be as fair and transparent as possible. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking your retreat.

    Cancellation by Participant

    - More than 60 days before the retreat start date: Full refund minus a non-refundable deposit.

    - 30 to 59 days before the retreat start date: 50% refund of the total retreat cost.

    - Less than 30 days before the retreat start date: No refund will be issued.

    - No-shows or early departures: No refunds or credits will be provided.


    Cancellation by the Organizer:

    In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, or low enrollment), you will receive:

    - A full refund of all payments made, or

    - The option to transfer your booking to a future retreat of equal value.

    We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred, such as airfare, travel insurance, or other costs.

    We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, and trip interruptions to protect their investment.
